The Leadership Ranch was founded over 15 years ago to impact the lives of children and students. The teachers saw the value for themselves. Other businesses and corporations expressed interest in accessing the benefits of this environment so we developed courses for Corporations, Businesses, Educators, Higher Education Students and a more "adult" oriented clientel.

In today's corporate climate, return on investment while maximizing employee productivity and longevity is essential. We invested in this Challenge Course because the process works. New and transitional organizations quickly bond and discover trust and commonality. Veteran organizations begin assesing where they are and what they need to do to achieve their corporate and personal goals. The results we acheive are tangable. The adult programs, like all of our courses, are designed around the specific needs, concerns and goals of your group. We use the Low Ropes Course or combine Low and High Courses safely and professionally. Chosing participant appropriate initiatives is essential when creating a successful program. We can also cator a fine healthy meal for a complete day.

There are portable versions of most of our programs including the Advanced Courses allowing us to bring the Leadership Ranch directly to your door.
