The Leadership Ranch started as one man's vision, Tim Eberle. This could not be realized without the hard work, talent, energy, intelligence and commitment of many people. This type of work attracts individuals from most walks of life. All bring their life's experience to the job. All share a common belief in the worthiness of this educational format. All aspire to high levels of integrity.

Some of our staff are teachers by profession. At one time or another we've had Marines, police, and captains of Fire Departments on our staff. Business people, graduate students, youth workers, entertainers and musicians are facilitators at The Ranch. Most of our facilitators are college graduates and many have upper level degrees. All  faciltators pass a full training program that covers the presentation of the initiatives and creating value from the process. Any facilitator who supervises the high elements undergos further training to ensure each element is run safely and each participant gains appropriate value from the experience regardless of that individual's level of participation. All of our high elements, all of our initiatives low or high, adhere to a strict "challenge by choice," policy. No one is forced to climb higher or participate any more than they are comfortable with. In fact, taking care of one's health and participating in a responsible manner is part of the experience at The Leadership Ranch.
